STS began its business by offering “front-line” leadership training and coaching for our Clients in labour-intensive and/or heavy industries. Our proven scope ranges from frontline leaders, Superintendents and Project Managers through to General Management and Executive leadership coaching across a broad range of leadership concepts, behaviours, skills and competencies.
STS have developed a unique understanding of the challenges faced by leaders in these industries and have a team of coaches and consultants with demonstrated capability to build relationships, support and develop leaders that are under pressure in the field.
