Global Miner – Underground

STS works with the project team at several levels to establish strategy, map value drivers and align the project and team through individual leadership assessment and coaching and the deployment of an operating model to align all elements of the project to the Vision.

Program design, development, in-field coaching and assessing of over 50 Supervisors to clarify operational discipline standards and build leadership capability to achieve those standards and improve business performance. In a 6 month period TRIFR fell by 75% and increased availability, operational efficiency and improved performance against KPI’s.
