Our Coaching Skills for Leaders programs assist you to become great coaches in your own right and to build coaching capability within your own organisations.

You will be introduced to foundation concepts for effective workplace coaching, including the principles of coaching, understanding the difference between coaching and other professional roles, coaching in context of the work environment, how to establish relationships and how to develop an environment that supports coaching.

Our programs are highly interactive and encourage practical application of newly developed coaching skills. You get the opportunity to test your capabilities in a risk-free environment through the use of realistic case studies and the opportunity to work on your own real life coaching scenarios.
